Web Apps

Although the word ‘app’ has been heavily popularised in recent times, a web application (web app) is a piece of software that you use and access on the internet. As a broad term it is like using a piece of desktop software (Word, Excel, Outlook et al) online, such as Google Docs and Highrise. Chances are you use lots of web apps everyday and don’t realise it.

We built a CPD (Continuous Professional Development) web app currently used by VW Ireland, amongst others. It’s a multi-tiered tool that’s used across Europe as an essential, centralised, paperless way to identify areas of improvement and assess knowledge and progress of staff.
